On the 18th of November 2013 I applied to have my Telkom ADSL service moved to a new residence. After receiving absolutely no feedback I phoned them today (25 November 2013) and was told I cannot get ADSL because there is no cable.
As a premium paying Telkom customer that needs an ADSL service I am extremely upset by this. I was told there is over 300 ports open on the exchange. So Telkom wants to tell me they cannot make a plan for a cable?
The person residing in the house currently had ADSL (disconnected in June) and his neighbour has an ADSL service.
I am moving into that residence on the 30th November 2013 and I expect Telkom to have a cable installed for me!!!
