It has been over 2months now waiting for feedback from Vodacom Legal, it is impossible to get hold of them as their phones are never answer, left a dozen messages with customer services but no one has called me back. It is beyond frustrating as this is a situation and want it to be resolved as soon as yesterday so my name can be cleared, I continue to receive statements for an account I have informed them that it does not belong to me, I have sent all the documents (affidavits etc) Vodacom Legal required 3months ago and they do not have the decency to follow through
