I upgraded a contract on Monday 18 November 2013 via the Vodacom Website. I was promptly contacted by Vodacom the same evening and ordered the iPhone 5s. My upgrade ref no. is U563197.
I asked for a silver iPhone and was assured by the Vodacom employee that they have stock on hand and that my handset will be delivered the next day. It is now Monday 25 November and still no phone.
If you call any Vodacom number you either get told to call another number or the person will tell you that the system is down. Nobody seems to care. (Or maybe not competent enough to handled queries)
I have been trying to upgrade this contract since August this year. Vodacom the upgrade so badly that I eventually asked that the upgrade be cancelled as the package that I opted for was no longer available.
