Out of bundle charges

I bought a data bundle and it was activated. I was charged out of bundle rates after activation. The agent told me the bundle wasn't allocated to my line and it is my problem.
It happened two times in a week. I have been charged for the bundle and they are still charging me out of bundle rates.
