Please have a look at the below issues you said you will look into and NEVER resolved or EVEN called me to help.
I have had bad Cell C coverage for the past few months since I got my new contract at Cell C. I do not know whether this is an Android issue or Cell C, but I can seldom connect to the internet, calls are dropped at random times..21st JUL
... The network coverage in Sandton and Roodekrans is almost nonexistent. It is very rare that I can make and receive calls and sms, using the internet is not even an option. I had to fill out a network investigation form and forward back to them. I mailed them yet got no response from them again. Whats the point having a phone during the day when you cannot use it? Had I known about this bad service from cell c I would never have signed a contract with them. I advise whoever I know not to make the same mistake I have as the issue has been going on 6 months now..21 OCT.
I Also made the same complaint on the 9th of AUG.. Headlined -No help, No mobile signal coverage.
Hello peter please escalate these 4 reports.
Any one reading this, look up these reports, and judge for your self why you ever would want to trust Cell C.
