Cell c continues to bill me after contract ended

On the 5th of november I went to cell c carleton centre to query why cell c had debited me twice in one month.nobody gave me a reasonable answer. I then discovered that my contract with cell c had ended two months back but they continued to bill me. Ever since I signed up the contract with them, I've never used their minutes and megabites because I'm using another fone but still cell c enjoys billing me even after the contract has ended. I was advised to complete cancellation form and told that I will be contacted but nobody has contacted me since then. You do not have to be a Nxamalala from Nkandla to understand that an institution or organisation or cell c that continues to bill you even after your contract with them has ended is breaching a contract with you and ripping you off and robing you your hard earned money.cell c enjoys billing me to an extent of debiting twice a month in my bank account. My contract with you has ended, stop debiting me. Cancel the contract because I don't need it, I've never used the sim card together with its data and minutes because its useless and expensive to me. Cancel the contract
