I got a new iPhone 5c with my upgrade and after 2 days it acted as though the headphones were in even though they were not. This meant I could not hear at all when making calls unless I put the headphones in. When I took the phone back to mtn they were willing to replace it but as they had no stock it would take 4-5 days which means I have a nano SIM card with no phone that can use it. They would not give me a replacement phone for the few days before they could replace mine. They also refused to call nearby mtn branches so that I could go to one of those to get a replacement.
