I pay MWEB R2000 per month for an uncapped line and every now and again there is some kind of problem with either MWEB or Telkom and the one blames the other.
The internet has been off since Wednesday morning and I am BEYOND frustrated!!! Apparrantly there is nothing wrong on Telkom's side and whilst on the phone with MWEB, we got disconnected. Strange that it always happens with a cal centre where you as customer are holding for a long time, then the consultant is searching and confirming details and all sorts of stuff inbetween and then the /idiottess drops the line!!!
COME ON MWEB!!! FIX MY INTERNET, I NEED TO WORK!!!
