What a bad service i recieved

Wow, telkom mobile has done it again. some body please help out there. I paid my account for november on the 25 October because I recieved an sms that said i must pay manual from that date in september. So in October i waited to see if its true. they didnt debit my account. on the 11th of October i paid R585 which was owing and i contacted joseph (i cant rember his surname but i have our conversation on my work computer) and i asked if my debit order was cancelled and he said yes and he said he will reactivate it and i said he mustnt do that.on the 25 oct i paid R388 which was for noverber but on 1 Nov they debited my account as a result i incured a bank charge of R138. they refunded me that amount. but on the 19 nov they suspended my account because the debit order was not honoured but my account has a credit. I had to make another of those over 200 calls again to 8ta and they told me is a system thing. which i dont understand. I wonder how can an account that is on credit can be suspended because of of a debit order that bounced.today i recived another message from 8ta that states that i must make manual payments, iyo must blood preasure will be shooting of the roof this month
