Bad quality service and over charge!

Hi there

I recently signed up for a Telkom ADSL package incl line and 1MB uncapped data.

I get charged double for the first month and the 2nd month. Also to add to that THEIR INTERNET IS CONSTANTLY lagging. Afrihost/mweb does not have the amount of latency as Telkom. So please if you do NOT address this issue, you WILL be loosing ANOTHER customer and I will be moving to Afrihost or Mweb.
