I have tried several times in the past 2 years to contact Cell C (via e-mail, via customer service call center) to get them to stop phoning or sms'ing me all the time with their so-called deals to add more billable items to my contract. I don't want another phone, I don't want more useless "services", I don't want more electronic devices, I don't want to play the lotto or enter your pathetic subscription competitions, I don't want another data contract. I want to be left alone!!! I have also put my contact details on the direct marketing association list for people who do not want to be contacted by marketing agencies. Yet still, Cell C ignores my privacy and keeps on harassing me at anytime of the day or night by phone calls from rude, insistent sales people or SMSs. I don't know how to get the message through to Cell C, but STOP PHONING ME or SMSing me and WASTING MY TIME! I signed up for a topup contract, that is all I want from you, now leave me alone in peace!!!
