I applied for a contract last week thursday at Carlton centre and went back Saturday the guy told me his system not working application was done on the 20th to ur back office.went bact to the store and told it was declined I must call Telkom fine contacted the call centr they advise it was approved must go back to the store with the order number. The guy in store contacted 187 my application needs to be credit vetted.then I call the call centre this mrng again they can't pick up on the system does it take 8days to get a contract. Plz tell me what going on with my application
