New line- Samsung Galaxy S4

Good day,

I am a very upset client of Cell C, about a week ago a lday from cell c direct called me teling me that i qualify for a new line after they were happy on the way i was conducting my current line. i told here i was interested in Galaxy S4, though she told me that she cannot guarantee the colour of the phone, I insisted that i wanted a white colour and told me not to worry as white is in stock and i will get a white colour.

on monday i got a delivery, but on the slip they wrote they are delivering a black phone, i phone cell c 5 times that day waiting 30min on each call waiting for an agent, i fianlly got through tuesday morning and they told me they are going to collect the phone, of which i am still waiting. I am frustrated that when they wanted to sell me the phone they where so nice and efficient now they seem to be no one to help me.

They promised that they wont be any delivery fee or sim card connection fee, but i dont a debit of of R43.33 of the 20/11. i am so upset and dissapointed i dont want to end up with the product that i dont like.
