The 5GB 5GB is a HUGE RIP OFF!! I was billed for every single GB I used!!! Telkom refuses to help me! Well you can SHOVE your extra 5GB and just SOFTCAP me. NOBODY GIVES TELKOM THE RIGHT TO ADD THIS USELESS PROMOTION TO MY ACCOUNT!! I TRULY HATE TELKOM!! STAFF=USELESS!!
I have put in a cancellation on 7 NOV 2013. When I phone NOBODY knows about any cancellation on my account!!! AGAIN.., TELKOM STAFF=USELESS!!! Its because you want to overcharge me again on this useless 5GB 5GB promotion!!

Even the person replying to this hellopeter reports is useless. Asking to EMAIL the ID nr and account details, BUT DOES NOT BOTHER TO PROVIDE A EMAIL ADDRESS... DUHHH... Hellopeter ask for the account nr/ID. Why on earth should i provide it again???
