I have a contract with vodacom and i recently found out that they renewed my contract without my consent
If i didnt call them i would have not known that that they did this.
On top of this they tell me that i need to fax through my personal documents for them to cancel this even when its thier own fault.
Vodacom you and i wish i never took a contract with you, i am going to cancel my contract and my wife's contract with you.
To the vodacom process manager that put these processes in place... you just need to get fired and go back to the school of logic... stupid!!
