Vodacom

I'm being charged for two contracts with vodacom and I only have one contract. The company picked up the incorrect contract about 4 months ago and sent me the correct one. But someone didn't do their job properly in cancelling the incorrect contract. So now I have been paying for 3 months and going on this month for someones mistake, and i must sit back and wait till vodacom does their investigation in their own sweet time in order to be credited. I must waste time and call so many departments to query my account and to top it all I get disconnected. Very very unhappy with their poor service.
