POOR SERVICE

On the 8th of November i went into the branch to take out a contract of the Samsung S4 MINI and a tablet. i dint have all the docs with me at that time so i emailed Micheal all the information on the 11th of November.By the 13th he called me to inform that i did qualify but they are out of stock. he confirmed that no other branches in PTA / JHB has stock. only to find out that was a because the Brooklyn branch had stock as i picked up my phone from there, they also had tablets but couldn't issue it to me because Hatfield branch did not call them on time to book it that Saturday the 16th. Micheal did give me a sim card that he confirmed has been activated and allowed me to pick up the phone from Brooklyn. Only to find out later that day, the sim was not activated. I couldn't go back to the Branch as i was busy with exams and work!!! i called him several times during the week to sort it out on his side, as he had all my docs. He kept putting me off and saying he is busy! (Poor client service) I requested the manager to call me but i didn't get any feedback. I had to go back to the Branch Yesterday the 20th to sort the phone out. I am STILL WAITING for the tablet!
