Poor customer service by cell c staff

I booked my phone in for repairs on 30/10/2013, I was told that repairs will take 21 working days.
I then received a message around the 18/10/13, where cell c gave me a reference number an informed me that I owed them -1200. I failed to understand how that was possible as the phone was still under warrenty. When I refused to pay that ammount I was told it will be investigated. I received feed back on the 29/10/11, when I had to call to enquire about what was the outcome of the investigation.
Cell c repairs centre told me my phone would be back by the week of the 11/11 wich did not happen, as I only got it back on the 18/11/2013 after I had to call to find out what was going on.
My phone was all along sitting at the wonder park mall cell c store, an not one person there could pick up the phone to inform me.
The phone now looks worse that it did before it went in for repairs. The phones cover looks as if its going to fall off and the track pad looks like its sinking into the phone. An the only problems I had was network, camera faulty, poor signal, battery not lasting and minor keypad faults.
I'm so disappointed in cell c an have intentions of buying both my contract out.
