For the past 6-7 months I wasn't able to use my iburst as the connection constantly drops and it takes forever to open a website. Paid them every month on time. Went to the store today to find out if they can help me sort it out. And I was only getting bad attitude from the lady there saying that the guys that I took the contract out with should have told me that I was in a bad reception area (Which actually was with their store), Now she wants me to buy an antenna because MAYBE that will help. When I asked to cancel my contract they told me that I would still need to pay for the remaining time on my 24 month contract. Really disappointed in Iburst and will never do business with you again. Went straight from the iburst shop and opened a new contract with Vodacom.
