Terrible service

Firstly i never received any vodacom account statements and after plenty of issues with vodacom they handed my account over due to non payment due to me NOT RECEIVING AN ACCOUNT STATEMENT! Now i want to settle my account i phoned around for days to get hold of their lawyers or who ever they handed my account over to just to beg and plead for my statement. They promised to mail it to me so i can take care of it but still nothing but then when they phone me for payment they speak to me like i owe them the world! Really VODACOM is this how you treat your clients? Nice service delivery!
