I' really fed up with Cell C. Cell C is imploying staff that have NO clue what "Client Service" is all about. PLUS I "Like" the fact the one of the staff told me that I'm complaining in order to get a "NEW" phone from them. PLEASE CEll C take your phone back. I don't want your so called "NeW" phone. I've spoken to 9 people now and all of them gave me different stories about my fauly phone. I loved the one where the one consultant told me straight to give the phone back and we are done, but yet I still need to pay them for a service not received. The managers are too busy to take my calls, although some of my money is paying their salaries.
CELL C, I'M GIVING YOU PUBLIC NOTICE TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT AS OF IMMEDIATE EFFECT. I'M NOT GOING TO PAY ANYMORE TO YOU, FOR SERVICE NOT BEEN RECIEVED. As one of your consultants stated that we have a contract, but the contract does not say for me to pay you for service not received.
