Hi I am very dissapointed in youe account's department. i took out a contract and you made a mistake with my bancking details, you cut of my phone and said i didnt pay my account. 1 You sohould of let me know the first month it didnt go of and no payment was made. 2 i went into the bank made the payment and then went to a 8ta store giving them the proof of payment so my contract can be turned on as it was not my mistake but yours. I have been without a phone for 3day because you made the mistake with my account and after i did pay it and fixed my details you had wrong you still did not reactivate my account. This is very poor service from a big company like Telkom i did not expect this. I am going to ask you pleas fix your mistake because i did pay everything and this is not what i want, i spent more than 3 hours in the bank and at the 8ta store for "no reason" and am not happy if you make the mistake you can not blame me for you mistakes
