I have been a loyal Vodacom customer for 16 years now, but it seems like it will end soon. I had a Samsung S2 phone which gave endless problems dropping the network connection and necessitating me to re-start the phone numerous tims per day. Countless visits to the Tygervalley Vodacom branch could not solve the problem. An upgrade to a new Samsung phone was the last hope for a solution, but despite that (3 days ago) it still drops the connection not allowing any calls to be made or received, with the phone saying network not available whilest all other phones have a strong signal. I need my phone for work and cannot go on lik this. Surely Vodacom, you can fix this?!
