I took my blackberry torch in for repairs in May 2013.The paint was peeling off there wherent even a scratch on the screen i just wanted a quote for a new cover but they said it will be R3000 for a new cover so i told them to send my phone back. When i went to pick up my phone they informed me that there was a brake in and my phone got. Since then its been 6 months and hundreds of phone calls, Ive tried everything but i dont get any results. About a Mont ago the owner apparently said that he will give everybody thats phones got a phone with the same damage that theirs had. I dont see why it is our problem if our phones got while it was in VODACOM'S care, This is scary coz does this mean we cant send our phones in for repairs anymore because if it gets it our problem. I actually have 3 contracts at vodacom wich i pay every month and this is what happens to a good customer.
