On the 6th of November I handed my phone in for repairs having a problem with my iPhone 5 lock button, not working, after a week I got a message telling me that my phone has been handed to a technician only getting a call from Cell C a week after as on today giving my phone then I get home and my phone still not being fixed, after 5 minutes I receive a call from Cell C Ermelo saying that my iPhone wasn't fixed because of a app that I should first uninstall which is Find iPhone, an app by Apple and then I should hand in my phone again and then wait 3 weeks again, I have been phoneless for 2 weeks then I get my phone and then I have to hand it in so that it can be repaired this time, so for another 3 weeks I am gonna be without a phone. This is unprofessional to say the least, I pay my account every month but not getting the phone and service I deserve, if my phone was fixed after the initial repair I would be overjoyed but now I have to send my phone in again. If this is the kind of service I can expect from Cell C I would not be a customer for any much longer.
