I upgraded to a new phone on the 4-10-2013. The agent informed I would switch from a contract to a top up, in October month still and I had to pay upgade and sim swop fees. The phone pakage was never upgraded and sim never swopped. After numerous calls to Vodacom, call center. And the branch itself (who insited the sim swop was done). I eventually called the call center myself and they did the sim swop on 5 -10-2013. Now I was informed via the call centere that the pakage will only be processed in December only, and to my delight the new pakage was upgraded on November. My new bill R79 for switching my aitime to data (that's ridiculous vodacom) and total of R601 for November. Because as agent said the month runs from 2nd to 2nd so I'm paying for the old bill, PLUS my recently converted pakage.
No warning Vodacom? I'm so digusted, I don't even want this phone or contract anymore. I just want to get out of this. Will be looking a way to cancell contract as Vodacom service and billing seriously. I'm sure another network could do bette
