Virgin Mobile South Africa
Virgin Mobile Problems terminating contract

My contract expired on the 8th of November 2013. I phoned Virgin on Monday the 4th inquiring why I had not been informed of this 40-80 business days as mandated by the CPA. I found out that my one contract was renewed in august without my permission. I conntacted Virgin mobile on the 8th November reminding Virgin to terminate my contracts, I was told it will be done by the end of the day. Phoned on the 12 November spoke to Moxe where I was informed that I had to give 20 business days notice yet my contract does not show this I believe I have a previous version of the contract. I also had to explain to him in terms of the CPA I did not have to give 20 business days as I am terminating the contract not cancelling it prematurely: "Consumers have the right to cancel fixed-term agreements upon expiry of the contract period, without penalty or charge." Another clause in my contract is"14.1 Cancellation for any reason. Either of us may cancel this agreement at any time for any reson." there is no second sentence as I said and have shown to Moxe. I mailed my contract, and terms of my contract to him and have till date not received any response from him nor Virgin.
