My account is in arrears for one month. I made arrangements with the call centre, but still receive sms's which states that my account is in arrears. Called them today again - they can't do anything, cos it's "the system" which sends out the sms's, "the system" which will decide when to cut my line. The reason why my account is in arrears? Cos some wise- decided the deduct money for their GET IT-scheme - without my permission. (Money deducted via debit order). I have never truly experienced any good service from Cell C, and once my contract expires, I'll never support them again. Vodacom remains the best.
