Being billed for suspended line and services

Dear MTN. I was retrenched from African Innovative Solutions and Projects on 26 April 2013 and have been struggling to secure a new position until I started a new position at GladAfrica Environmental Management in Midrand on 25 September 2013. My services and network was cancelled in July 2013 due to no payment. I noticed that although my account was suspended and my services suspended that for every month R 179 roughly was still charged to my account. I don't understand why this happened as my services was suspended in July 2013, how can MTN still charge me for these services. My account only had to be about R 179 as the services were stopped, however you have been adding R 179 to my account since then. The account now sits at R846.61 as on 13 November 2013.

Could this be investigated and the account then be amended to reflect the correct statement to make payment as when services and networks are suspended, you cannot expect me to pay for no services.
