I have posted a complaint about Telkom a few weeks ago about our Telephone line that's out of order for months and no reply or any service whatsoever from their side to fix it.
Finally after placing a complaint with Hallo Peter, they showed up and fixed our telephone line but just to go right back to being out of order again.
The technician said that the line was in a very bad state and he could see that it needed replacement very bad, so he did (well he said he did) but shortly after that, the line is dead again and we are having a real hard time doing business if we struggle to phone out.
The fist line is working, but due to the dead second line, you have to dial 4-5 times to get a line to be able to phone out.
We are beyond fed up with Telkom, we just want this fixed asap
