Banke Reversal Charges

I am baffled as to why I am charged R170.00 for reversal debit order from Telkom. I had an sms go of confirming that a debit had gone off on the 06th November 2013 of R410.00 & then the 08 November 2013 I received an sms stating payment reversal. I refuse to pay a R170.00 for something that is not of my doing as to knowing that there is funds in my account. I then spoke to Katlego explaining my frustration only for him to arrogantly say that there is nothing he can do & furthermore if I refuse to pay the amount they will take further action. This is how Telkom treats it's clientele, I am so frustrated as this is not the first time I have had issues since being with Telkom. I feel that something needs to be done with the lack of professional assistance after all Telkom has been around for many years. I am going to take this further with the respective role players outside of Telkom.
