NUMBER NOT PORTED TO THE VODACOM NETWORK

On 13/11/2013 I applied for an Vodacom contract online and was contacted by Dawid the same day for my details. I was approved and the phone was delivered by Ram couriers on 15/11/2013. I explained to Dawid that I have an existing prepaid number with Cell C which I wanted to port to the Vodacom network and that I want the contract to be added to that number, I was assured that this can happen and that the necessary documents will be send with Ram couriers on the day of delivery. I received and signed the document that will give Vodacom permission to port my existing number from Cell C to their network and send it back with the courier. To date this has still not happened, I've phoned the Vodacom callcentre a few times since I received the phone and each person I spoke to just passes the buck to another. I was eventually told that they did not receive the porting document from Ram couriers and that I should go to my nearest Vodacom and ask for my number to be ported, I was then also informed that they won't be able to put the contract on the ported number as there was already a number allocated to the contract. Please fix this asap or cancel the contract, your choice.
