My father has recently died so I have been trying to transfer my phone line into my business name. After explaining the story to numerous consultants I followed the procedure and did exactly what I was told. My line was suddenly cut due to non-payment. I then payed the outstanding amount for the line and it was reconnected. After 3 days the line was cut yet again for no apparent reason and without any warning. I have spoken to at least 5 different consultants and their attitude was disgusting. I sat on the phone for 2 hours last week and not one person could give me the progress of the transfer or why my line was cut.
My first report posted on HelloPeter had a response from Vodacom but zero follow up and no contact with me at all. I would like someone from Vodacom to contact me via phone so that we can sort this out and I can be reconnected.
