I purchased a blackberry bold 9900 on contract in May 2012 the phone was working well until April 2013 I booked it in for repairs and I was given a refurbished phone which also gave me a problem after two months I then booked it in for repairs again in June 2013 and I was given another refurbished phone in July it worked pretty well for four months becuase now it back again on repairs I booked the phone in on d 16th of November 2013 for the forth time I am very concerned because I might get another refurbished phone which will give me problems few months down the line and I am also concerned that this is gonna go on until my contract expires and I will end up with a phone that ia refurbished and not working I am paying MTN R368.00 per month and I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving
