Early debit made, charges i was not made aware of

Now that I am working I decided to transfer my contract onto my name from my Dad's name. I visited the Vodacom outlet in Chatsworth Centre with my Dad on 04/11/13.I chose a contract that costs a total monthly fee of R449.00 inclusive of everything, The Sony Xperia Z1 with 200 MB data, 200 sm's and 75 anytime minutes, that is all I had budgeted for. The assistant then proceeded to have the contract transferred over to my name together with the necessary credit checks. All checked out fine and the contract was transferred over to my name on the same day. I even put a cap on the costs so that I do not exceed my monthly budget. The debit date was set for the 7th of each month with December being the first Month and the debit for November to go off on the 30th. No other charges were ever discussed with us. Vodacom, without informing me sent through a debit on 07/11/13 for the sum of R664.99 and a further R100 for a return debit. The debit date on the statement received from Vodacom clearly states the 30th November. They couldn't explain to me exactly what's going on at all!! I am terribly disappointed with this whole situation and wish to cancel my contract with no cancellation fee.
