Got stung by WASP!

I was billed for subscription services to Mira Networks (WASP) and CellSpice which I did not make. After bringing this to Vodacom's attention, Mr. Arthur Jantjies reversed all charges for me as a goodwill gesture. I believe Vodacom should ask the same requirements for a detailed bill (copy of ID doc) as for subscription services. The double opt in method in this case did not work. I know I did not subscribe to this service, but Cellspice provided "proof" of my acceptance. The only way they could have got hold of my details is by Trojans or illegal software.

However, I am glad that Mr. Jantjies could sort this out for me and thank him for answering my endless emails in this regards.

I am so glad this is now all behind me.
