Continuous Billing Problems

I have received the most bad service at Vodacom for the past 2 months and last months query was sorted out but now i am left with a huge bill of about R886 which vodacom claims i owe for the month of November and i dont know or understand how they got to those figures, since i queried yesterday no one even bothered to call me back at least to say they are dealing with the query, i have never had to pay so much for a cellphone bill in my life ever since i have been with Vodacom.

I need them the revise that bill, i am on Sart M and am supposed to pay at least R299 per month and have 300sms per month, 300 data per month and 120 minutes but then i get extra promotional/ bonus bundles per month whcih i am not supposed to pay for. I am very unhappy with the level of billing service at Vodacom especially for the past 2 months, i dont know whats going on there (Vodacom), if this query does not get sorted out i will have to hand it over to my Lawyers.

Vodacom Please wake up and smell the coffee.

Yesterday even felt i should not have upgraded and should have stayed on my previous contract should i have known i would be in this situation.
