In May 2013 my company Jiro Computers cc took out a contract with Cell C at Northgate branch. We handed in the company's CK Documents, Sars Forms and a letter from the company requesting the contract. A gentlemen by the name of Derek Cooper was Cell C representative that helped me and handled the application. I now find out that the contract had been taken out on my name (director of the company). The contract signed was clear as day and yet Cell C Northgate just went ahead with the contract as an individual contract but has been debiting the companies bank account.
I requested a certified copy of my original contract but the store is beating around the bush and not willing to produce the contract I have requested.
