Vodacom
Vodacom selling pre-paid nrs to RMCS

Vodacom illegally sold my pre-paid number to RMCS (whom I don't know and don't have a contract with) who converted it illegally into a fixed contract to which I have not agreed and of which I was not even aware of. I have not met RMCS nor have I signed any contract with them. They bought my number from Vodacom (I didn't know that a network can sell a user's number to a third party and without consent) and converted my pre-paid into a contract without any paperwork being presented, reviewed, agreed or signed. What happened to my R275 airtime that was loaded on my SIM? Highly irregular and illegal activities happening at Vodacom.

The nice thing is that Vodacom says they're innocent as this company has been taking pre-paid numbers and converted it to contracts and that is not Vodacom's responsibility. How else can an outside party get my number if Vodacom didn't give it to them?

Now Vodacom must ask them to change my number back to pre-paid, whenever they feel like doing it. No stern words or threats from Vodacom. Nothing. Apparently RMCS does this a lot and Vodacom is fine with that.
