This request has taken forever to be resolved. I took out a contract with Mobiwarehouse around and it has taken them about three months now to get my sim card activated. I have been paying, but i cannot use the sim card. I've numerous emails sent to one of their employee of and i keep on getting the same standard response of my request being referred to mtn. I am getting no joy at all, the last email i received was on Friday and in the email i was advised the process would not take more than 24hrs for my sim card to be working, to date i have not heard anything from anyone. i sent an email today and i did not even receive a reply to confirm if the problem with my sim card was still being investigated. I wonder if it is possible to cancel this contract because definitely i'm not getting any good service especially with this recent contract that i've taken with them
