I've been calling this whole week to find out why if I have a business line that is uncapped unshaped I do not get the service spending hours phoning them from my side and just getting broken promises.
They requested I send test to find the root problem and I've done it and still no replies. I've had problems in regards to their uncapped service and they promised me that if I went over to their business line all my problems will be resolved. I think that they about their services and their top performers to get the people to join them but what one doesn't know is they get there a few days and then get punished so all is just false advertisement and if they give the public a way to communicate with those customers they will hear the truth.
No one can give me answers and all refuse to let me speak to someone higher up.
I know that I'm not the only person having problems lucky for them they had more lines that would have been lost and they got sorted quickly, sadly I'm only one person..
