Vodacom does it again

Vodacom did it to me again, for the 3rd time in a row. This morning I purchased a 5 Gig once off bundle. The amount reflected on my account immediately however the data was not allocated or activated. This as I have mentioned is not the first time it has happened. I had to speak to 4 different people at the call centre and no one could assist me. I was told that my complaint has now been logged and someone will revert back within 24 hours. This is not good enough. Why did I purchase the data in the first place - Vodacom charges exorbitant fees for out of bundle. I am now more convinced than ever that you are doing this on purpose to make more money or is it just that your staff is not competent. Do you honestly not value your clients who spent more than R 10 000 per month with you. Should I take my business elsewhere? Still waiting...
