VODACOM UPGRADE

I did a upgrade on the 28102013. I received my phone on the 30102013. Since i received my phone i been have problems with the lost of Signal causing me to reboot the phone everytime this happens. I called vodacom who had adviced me that since it is withing the 7 day period i will be given a new replacement phone and this one will be collected. today the couriers pitched up to pick the faulty phone, but did not have a replacement unit. i contacted vodacom again only to be notified that i will not be getting a replacement phone. Vodacom has advised me that they will to take the faulty phone to have it looked at and then decide if i will get a new replacement phone. And if they take the faulty phone phone away i with be without a phone which could be between 7-14 working days. i have been with vodacom for the last 4 years only to be treated like this. i am disgusted with the service i have received for the past two weeks from them. how is it my fault that i was given a faulty phone. im currently in the process of cancelling my contract and wish not to have any dealing with vodacom.
