REF: 333998841240: Iphone 4s 16GB: On 05/11 7h22am I purchased item online. My attempts made to contact you via call centre, numerous times thus far concerning my purchase have proved futile. On 08/11/ I tweeted @MTNservice. The response received regarding delivery was not helpful. My Twitter post concerning matter produced a lacklustre response. On 11/11@10h11am I phoned. Spoke to call centre agent who ensured me I will receive feedback shortly via telephone regarding matter. I phoned in afternoon and spoke to Zanele @14h23, seeking answers. Yet again no one could help. On 12/11, MTN responded to my message sent via facebook and asked me to forward personal details to their inbox. Sent details, yet no representative phoned me. On 13/11 I phoned your company again! Spoke to Mbalisi politely who stated that the matter has been escalated to supervisor. She indicated that I will be phoned on Monday to discuss my refund by MTN! MTNs vision 'To lead the delivery of a bold new digital world to our customers". You failed delivering my order. MTN mission, "To make our customers lives a whole lot brighter". Your service is unpleasant. 240 hours has lapsed now. Who is serving who MTN?
