Poor Product and Service Support

Purchased a brand new Samsung S4 mini, with a new 2 year contract. Upon getting the phone home and removing it from the box and putting it on to charge, we noticed that there was a small hairline crack on the phone. We returned the phone to the store first thing the following morning - To be told that this was caused by the phone being dropped!! We were also told that it was scratched and this was a further sign of abuse (This turned out to be the plastic that was STILL on the phone).

A week later, after being scrutinised by all and sundry, the phone was given back to us stating that the damage was caused by ourselves!! At no pooint was I contacted by anyone in a senior position, the owner of the store refused to talk to me. I have since found out that this is a common problem with this phone.

False accusations, extremely poor service and support, and incorrect diagnosis as to the cause of failure - Leaves a very sour taste in the mouth and I am appalled at the attitude of this branch of Cell C

I will NEVER do business with Cell C again - Which is a pity considering I am resposnible for over 100 cell phone contracts at company level.
