MTN listed me and I've been pleading with them to take me out of there and the is no head and tail about it.
I was in a contract with MTN from 2009 until 2013 February, then I moved to prepaid and I was blacklisted in May 2013 then I asked Y am I blacklisted they said I didn't pay my last installment with no bill no letter of demand or a phone call that I still owe them, and i paid them and requested them to remove my name and I've been trying my best to communicate with them until no one is replying to my emails now.
I know I've paid MTN in full please assist me and move my name from ITC.
I can't do anything with my name.
