We did a ownership change. The consultant told us that it will take 2-7 working days to take effect. I then asked if we will be able to do a upgrade on this cell, on which he replied yes. My friend went to upgrade at the Vodashop. We had to take a ticket and waited in line. When we finally got to the consultant he told us that we can only upgrade with the Business Zone. We had to wait again!! There was only one lady assisting the business zone. She helped the customer she was busy with and left. We had to ask someone where she is. When she finally came back she assisted us. We wanted to upgrade to a RED package with more perks but less expenses than the existing contract. The lady said that it is impossible because my friend do not qualify. How can this be logical thinking? We pay way more now than this fixed monthly fee?? The change of ownership did not show yet therefore we have to come back when it reflects in 7 days! We stay 100km from Vodaworld and can therefore not come and go to the mentioned shop as we like. This is ridiculous service!!! We left without doing the upgrade. This was the only shop with the Xperia Z1 in stock.
