On the 28th of december i have handed my phone in for repairs at cellc to tiffiny which said the phone would be done around about 21days Maxim, two weeks later i called to see how far my phone was and no one could find my phone, a day later i called and cellc said they have found my phone @ one of the colleagues house.and would send phone into repairs that day, i have been in stall 5 times during a week after that and only to find out that they havent sent the phone in for repAIRS CAUSE THEY HAve fprgotten to give my the repair document to sign.they said they sent my phone in 3weeks ago and i still havent got any feed back..i have made plenty of calls to them and been in and out of stall yet they fail to respond or give me update on whats happening... i am still currently waiting on a feed back seen i have called them just an hour ago.the manager shows no interest in this matter and i have been speaking to move than 4 different people, when asked to speak to the manager his never in stall. i am currently up till today waiting on my phone!
