Its been a month since I have lodged a complain with Vodacom and I do not receive feedback. A contract was upgraded in boksburg and a Alex Mitchel who called me on the 1st of November indicated that an investigator was gona call me with feedback and report on my matter (0721289746) but till today nothing has been done and I am busy paying for the samsung s4 i did not take and vodacom is not assisting me. i need feedback on what is happening and a report on the matter that was reported a month ago.
i am now fed up with vodacom
