On 27 August 2013 I purchased a MyGig1 databundle from Vodacom Hatfield, Pretoria and a month later I received my account from Vodacom charging me R 2 780-59, my account is usually no more than R695.96. The reason for the outrageous bill was that they never activated the databundle, although they did send an sms to confirm the activation. They charged me R2 031.31 for out of data bundle, when I actually was supposed to have a MyGig1 data bundle. I reported this problem to them on 11 September and received a view different reference numbers (0060-0SPN and S3-T372J-JRSLL), I also visited the Hatfield branch and they confirmed that I activated the MyGig1 on 27 August 2013, but that it didn't reflect on my Septaccount and they also logged a call with Vodacom's Head office. Since that date I only received two phone calls from them. In the first phone call they tried to sell me another package, which I declined, because I told the man that they need to resolve my problem first and the second phone call was a lady that told me that the problem will be resolved and that they would credit my account. Vodacom only credited me R1 386.56 and today I received another account for R2003.54
